Healthcare Quality and Patient-Safety Evaluation

Develop patient-safety and quality-improvement cases from incident analysis to corrective action. Evaluate methods, measures and regulatory assumptions, explain the evidence for a systemic cause and identify superficially thorough analyses that miss the underlying problem.

Professional background

Qualify through a clinical license, such as RN, or CPHQ certification. You need at least two years in quality, patient safety or performance improvement, with depth in measurement, root-cause analysis or accreditation preparation. Clear findings and improvement-plan writing and ten hours weekly are required. CPHQ/CPPS/Lean Six Sigma, Joint Commission/CMS/state surveys, HEDIS, star ratings or registry work are advantages.

Working arrangements

This is remote, paid IXO expert work. Agree the specific task brief, permitted materials, outputs and working schedule with IXO before starting. Any commitment or duration described in a practice profile is an indicative planning requirement for that route, subject to that agreement.

Pay

Pay $85 $130/hr USD. The applicable rate is agreed for the work and professional track before you begin.
