Head of Sales France

For one of our clients, we are looking for a head of Sales France.

Our client is a DeepTech start-up with great ambition and already present in different countries and with multicultural team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage France sales team
• Targeted outbound based on client ICP
• Weekly and monthly reporting to the CEO
• Develop strategic partnerships with distributors

Marketing (20%) – ownership Group level

• Build on the actual base to reinforce the inbound
• Supervise the actual team
• Manage the inbound sales processes (email, ads,…)

Profile:

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in hardware or infra or technical equipment sales
• Proven track record on long sales cycles (3+ months) and C-level / decision-maker engagement
• Closing deals with large corporates
• Hands-on experience managing a small sales team (2–5 people) — coaching, pipeline reviews, performance management
• Thrived in a fast-growing startup or scale-up environment — comfortable with ambiguity, able to build structure from scratch without pre-existing playbooks
• Fully owned marketing function, not just supervised it — including SEO strategy and execution, website management and optimization, event planning and representation, content production (case studies, white papers, LinkedIn), email marketing and nurturing sequences, and marketing performance tracking (CAC, conversion rates, inbound leads)
• Demonstrated ability to run sales and marketing simultaneously — a true "builder" profile, not a pure manager
• A plus if you have international experience
• A plus if you have existing network in the HVAC, MEP, or facility management ecosystem in France
