Our client, a global software company specializing in data protection and management is entering a new phase of growth and is hiring a Head of Sales to lead EMEA & APAC.
This is a high-impact builder role: full ownership of regional revenue, direct management of a 9-person team, and responsibility for transforming the sales organization into a disciplined, scalable enterprise engine. You will lead from the front, closing strategic deals, upgrading talent, and installing rigorous processes across regions.
Scope
- Full ownership of revenue and forecast accuracy across EMEA & APAC
- Lead and develop a team of AEs, Channel Managers, and KAMs
- Personally drive and close the most strategic enterprise deals
- Build and scale a structured sales playbook and high-performance culture
- Rebuild partner/channel strategy and strengthen ecosystem presence
- Drive cross-functional initiatives with Marketing and leadership
Requirements
Profile
- Proven experience leading enterprise sales teams, ideally in B2B software
- Hands-on leader comfortable operating without layers
- Experience in sales transformation and building scalable processes
- Strong executive presence and forecasting discipline
- International exposure, fluent English required
Nice to have: track record selling complex IT solutions to large accounts
