Head of Product

• Lead a Tribe of 7 squads and approximately 60 people
• Support Product Managers and teams in developing their skills without being involved in day-to-day operations
• Own the Tribe’s vision and strategy
• Ensure squad alignment around shared North Stars and measurable business objectives
• Track acquisition, engagement, and revenue objectives
• Act as a key partner to the Executive Committee and strategic stakeholders
• Contribute to key decision-making and high-impact initiatives for the Kolecto platform
• Resolve inter-Tribe dependencies and issues
• Balance Product, Tech, regulatory, and business priorities
• Support the Tribe’s transformation and performance
• Address customer scalability, activation, and engagement challenges

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Product Managers
• Ideally, experience gained in structured, high-growth Product organizations
• Strong ability to take a strategic perspective and articulate a vision
• Ability to resolve complex, high-impact issues and make decisions on key priorities
• Cross-functional leadership and excellent communication skills
• Ability to interact with the Executive Committee and Product, Tech, and Design teams
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills
• Ability to manage inter-Tribe dependencies and challenge stakeholders with divergent interests
• Enjoyment of complex and evolving environments
• Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on metrics and business impact
