Product Manager – DICT

Serve as Sogelink’s subject‑matter expert on network operators and local authorities within the DT/DICT ecosystemDevelop an in-depth understanding of market practices, constraints, and challengesMaintain an active network to identify industry developments, pain points, and emerging needsRepresent customers and industry stakeholders in strategic discussions and product decisionsRepresent Sogelink before institutions, observatories, and public bodies associated with the DT/DICT ecosystemContribute to discussions and initiatives shaping the evolution of the sectorMonitor work related to damage prevention, the One-Stop Portal, Class A, StaR-DT, PCRS, and CNIGAnalyze regulatory, standards-related, and business developments to anticipate their impactTranslate field feedback and market signals into opportunities for our solutionsDefine and champion the product vision for the scopeBuild and prioritize the roadmap based on customer value, business objectives, and regulatory constraintsCo-create, with the Product Manager for Declarants, the governance of shared repositories and assetsCollaborate with Product and Tech teams, Product Owners, Product Marketing Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teamsParticipate in strategic trade-offs and roadmap decisionsContribute to the development of solutions related to DICT responses, PCRS, and GIS repositoriesPromote knowledge sharing and help teams build expertise in business and regulatory matters

Requirements

• Understand the challenges faced by network operators and local authorities
• Anticipate regulatory developments in the DT/DICT sector
• Have recognized credibility within the ecosystem, or the ability to establish it quickly
• Be comfortable in representation, consultation, and influence-oriented contexts
• Turn business needs into development opportunities for customers and the business
• Understand the practices, constraints, and challenges of network operators and local authorities
• Ability to maintain an active network among industry stakeholders
• Knowledge of damage prevention, the One-Stop Portal, Class A, StaR-DT, PCRS, and CNIG
• Ability to analyze regulatory, standards-related, and business developments
• Ability to define and champion a product vision
• Ability to build and prioritize a roadmap
• Experience collaborating with Product Owners, Product Marketing Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams
