Head of Physical Security & Compliance (France HQ)

Mistral is seeking a Senior Leader to own the end-to-end physical security framework for its France facilities, ensuring regulatory compliance and resilience. You will oversee access control, surveillance, and crisis response while collaborating with authorities and internal stakeholders to scale security across Europe.

The role requires extensive experience in designing security programs, vendor management, and risk-based budgeting, with a focus on CNIL, RGPD, NIS2 and ISO standards.
