Reports to: Chief Supply & Offer Officer

As part of its growth strategy, Teldar is launching a B2B experiences and travel packaging platform combining hotels and activities.

The objective is to expand the product offering, generate new revenue streams and strengthen Teldar’s differentiation in the B2B travel distribution market.

This initiative relies on:

  • Developing exclusive travel content
  • Integrating activities and attractions
  • Creating dynamic and curated travel packages (hotel + activities)
  • Leveraging cross-selling

The Head of Packages & Experiences will be responsible for building, scaling and optimizing Teldar’s travel packages and experiences offering.

Reporting to the Chief Supply & Revenue Officer, he will focus on developing a compelling catalogue of activities and bundled offers, working closely with supply, product and IT teams to position Teldar as a leading B2B platform for packaged travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Experiences supply development

  • Build and expand Teldar’s portfolio of activities and attractions across key destinations.
  • Identify and onboard third-party suppliers through API integrations and partnerships.
  • Develop exclusive or differentiated experiences to strengthen the platform’s value proposition.

Package creation and merchandising

  • Develop dynamic packages combining hotels and activities across destinations.
  • Define and curate high-quality static packages for priority destinations, ensuring strong differentiation and commercial appeal.
  • Balance and optimize the mix between dynamic and static packaging strategies.
  • Work with product and technology teams to ensure seamless integration within the platform.

Product strategy and platform development

  • Contribute to the development of Teldar’s B2B experiences platform strategy.
  • Implement cross-selling and bundling strategies across the booking journey.
  • Collaborate with data and product teams to develop AI-driven recommendations and merchandising tools.

Performance Monitoring

  • Track and optimize key KPIs related to packages and experiences performance.
  • Define pricing strategies for dynamic and static packages, as well as bundled offers.
  • Work closely with revenue management teams to maximize profitability.

Profile

Experience

  • 5-7 years of experience in travel, e-commerce or digital marketplaces.
  • Tour operating.

Skills

  • Strong understanding of travel packaging products.
  • Experience with activities suppliers and marketplace models.
  • Knowledge of pricing, revenue optimisation and merchandising.
  • Strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking.
