The Role
We’re hiring a Regional Manager to lead our Account Management organization across France, Morocco and New Markets Africa . You will own regional growth, elevate partner performance, and develop the operating system that enables us to scale in these regions. This role combines commercial leadership, team development, and cross-functional collaboration at a high level of autonomy and strategic influence.
This role is hybrid working based out of our Paris office.
What You’ll Do
Drive revenue growth. Inform target-setting and steer the team to achieve ambitious goals, build the annual plan, and ensure strong execution through disciplined operating mechanisms.
Build and lead a high-performing Account Management team. Attract and grow top talent; establish a disciplined operating rhythm that equips AMs to run high-quality supplier engagements, refine opportunity strategy, maintain pipeline rigor, forecast reliably, and execute deals effectively.
Drive growth across strategic accounts by developing AM’s in Key Account Management fundamentals — annual business planning, complex negotiations, multi-threaded influence, and exec-level supplier engagements
Improve Supply health and performance at scale. Leverage your team to operate with high velocity, applying tools and data to execute the sales
