As COO or General Manager, you typically join a founder‑led company that is scaling fast and needs an operational backbone across functions. You are the CEO’s right hand, turning strategy into execution across Sales, Ops, Finance, HR and Tech. You report directly to the CEO/founders and work with the full leadership team.

Your goals as COO / General Manager
Your mission is to turn strategy into smooth, scalable execution. Typically, you will:
- Translate company strategy into execution: OKRs, KPI frameworks and operational processes across functions.
- Own P&L, budget management and financial reporting alongside the CEO.
- Lead cross‑functional teams (Sales, Ops, Finance, HR, Tech) and keep them aligned and accountable.
- Support fundraising rounds (Series A, B or C) with the CEO and the board.
Who we’re looking for
We care about track record and mindset, not pedigree. 10+ years is a guideline, not a hard rule: exceptional profiles below that threshold are welcome.
Preferred experience
10+ years including a COO, General Manager or broad operational leadership role in a high‑growth company, having scaled cross‑functional teams.
