Context : complex BtoB sales :

• by nature : numerous stakeholder (dyeing mills, agents, brands) involving various ways of seeing the problem and the solution (designers, quality, manufacturing, CSR,...), technological product impacting the final product
• due to EverDye products maturity :
• product still evolving and not stabilized
• disruptive innovation whose impact must be proven/quantified
• adoption by the customer/stakeholder to be accompanied : requirement of strong involvement of Product team and Textile team @EverDye

Need : strong skills of coordination :

• Not just a sales person that would sell standardized and mature products
• Generating leads is not a priority.
• High need of lead on coordination and handling objections from any stakeholder

Mission :

• Direct report to the CEO who defines the commercial strategy
• Will assist the Codir in developing the business by
• Piloting the progress of the priority leads chosen by the Codir
• Updating the CRM tools
• Organizing any type of meetings with the prospects/customers : planning, agenda, minutes, report,...
• Coordinating any action required by customer projects progress
• If the strategy requires it, creating new leads according to a customer recruitment plan agreed by the Codir
• Will coordinate the development of the sales and marketing tools under the lead of the Codir :
• The CRM files/tools and related reports (incl. Automation based on AI)
• The marketing materials : leaflet, product sheets, product book, sales book,
• Will organize EverDye participation to events, fairs,...

• Business Developer in BtoB complex sales in chemical products
• Focus on interdisciplinary project management skills to support multilateral discussions : technique/quality, CSR and impact measurement, design/color matching, CRM,...
• Able to contribute on marketing tools development in a project mode
• Background:
• At least 5 years experience,
• Chemical sector ; textile would be a plus
