Grid Connection & Storage Manager – Paris, France

Are you passionate about shaping the future of energy? My client, a leading player in the renewable energy sector, is looking for a Grid Connection & Storage Manager to join their Strategic Development team in Paris.

In this pivotal role, you’ll lead the development and optimization of grid connection solutions for major projects, while also driving innovation in high-voltage (HTB) and energy storage initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and optimize grid connection layouts for HTA/HTB power plants
• Develop innovative and intelligent connection solutions
• Coordinate PRAC submissions and grid connection requests
• Lead the development of HTB substations and hybrid PV + storage projects
• Support development teams with technical expertise on grid connection strategies
• Act as the technical point of contact for Enedis and RTE
• Identify and qualify opportunities for private HTB substations and storage deployment

What They’re Looking For:

• Engineering degree (BAC+5) in Energy, Environment, or Urban Planning
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HTA/HTB electrical systems
• At least 2 years of experience in energy storage project development
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
• Autonomous, proactive, and service-oriented
