Vision and objective
As Head of Delivery & Services, you play a pivotal role in driving our company’s vision to deliver outstanding value and seamless experiences to our clients. Your objective will be to ensure the successful deployment of our solutions and the flawless execution of our services.
You are responsible for ensuring the success of the delivery team in charge of deploying our solutions at client sites and executing the services sold to our customers. This role acts as a direct point of contact with clients during both the pre‑sales phase and certain phases of ongoing client operations (RUN).

Your mission
- You manage the delivery team responsible for
- deploying the solutions (remote installations are made by suppliers, all around the world)
- supporting on‑site technicians to ensure the perfect installations
- the supply chain (sourcing, assembling, shipping, stock management…)
- managing all services sold to our customers
- You guarantee the successful deployment of our solutions and the execution of our services for clients
- You serve as a direct interface with clients during pre‑sales and selected operational phases
- You ensure seamless collaboration with internal teams, including product, operations, and support
- Ability to work autonomously—or in light collaboration with Product—on the implementation of tech‑driven solutions using a POC approach that remains compatible with the existing stack.
- Capable of evaluating and iterating quickly, then progressively aligning with Product to design scalable solutions
- You represent the Delivery team in governance instances (codir…)
- You drive the P&L of your BU
- You are in charge of the gross margin of the services we sell to our customers
- We expect from the head of delivery a real partnership approach with the suppliers we work with for remote installations—up to the point of training them even if they are not Cenareo team‑members.
- You continuously strive for customer + suppliers + team success and satisfaction
- You are responsible for the knowledge of the Delivery (internal and customer facing)
- It means standards & process as well as training and continuous improvement
Profile
Your qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills
- You are obsessed with customer success and passionate about delivering value
- You have a proven track record of success and 10+ years experience in
- deploying software solutions for large enterprise customers
- managing high‑level delivering projects with varying timelines (from 1 week to 3 months)
- leading remote teams and managing remote equipment installation
- You can balance operational involvement with strategic oversight
- You approach team management as a coach would do by engaging closely teams to understand their day‑to‑day challenges and setting goals that drive team forward
- You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels (horizontal management)
- You have a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business objectives into effective delivery strategies
- Fluent in English and French is mandatory
