This is how we work
- You meet with your team in a daily meeting to discuss key tasks and ensure everyone stays on track.
- New customers go through an onboarding process to enable efficient collaboration. During this, you agree on initial milestones.
- You regularly review the status of ongoing HR improvements with customers and highlight the benefits of digital transformation for further improvements.
- You facilitate the progress of digitalization projects and help resolve obstacles – whether on the customer side, with partners or internally.
- You closely monitor your team’s performance using dashboards and KPIs, ensuring that goals are met.
- You support your team’s development by conducting regular 1:1 coaching sessions, where you discuss challenges and successes. The goal is to leverage each individual’s strengths and drive the team forward.
- Your team works with customers worldwide. You personally support the most important strategic key account projects.
- We are growing rapidly. In direct coordination with the CEO, you regularly hire additional Customer Success Managers and optimize processes within your department.
- That completes the picture.
