About the role

We are accelerating our transformation based on innovation to better serve patients by improving availability, safety, and therapeutic impact of our products. The transformation of Supply Chain Planning aims to become a competitive lever via digital innovation, maturity of our practices, and development of our collaborators to support growth while strengthening agility and resilience. We are looking for a Responsable du Centre d’Excellence Supply Chain Planning (non‑opérationnel·le) to pilot the strategic trio Process—Solutions—Compétences and bring planning excellence to Operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of about 15 full‑time equivalents in the domains of Process, Data/Analytics, and Support Solutions, with strong leadership and talent development.
• Define and maintain the Process repository and performance measurement framework: S&OP, Demand, Supply/Stocks, MPS/MRP, Lifecycle.
• Produce playbooks, templates, and operational dashboards to ensure adoption and compliance.
• Drive the data & IA transformation in planning: predictive use cases, optimization of S&OP scenarios, continuous improvement via data science.
• Deploy standard Solutions: data flows, integrations, planning architecture, and application support.
• Structure the Competences pillar: job‑reference framework, training paths, certifications, and learning journeys for planners.
• Validate project compliance with CoE standards and support the SI PMO in implementation.
• Encourage innovation and external benchmarking to transform Supply Planning into a sustainable competitive advantage.
• Lead change and promote the adoption of standards across subsidiaries and sites.

Qualifications

• 10‑15 years of experience in planning / CoE / governance, ideally in pharma or CPG.
• Mastery of S&OP, APS/MRP, data analytics, and change management.
• Fluent in French; professional in English; willing to travel regularly.
• Strong influence skills, able to rally multidisciplinary teams without direct hierarchical authority.
