Role Overview
We are looking for a BPE Demand Expert to join the Center of Excellence (CoE) within Global Planning. This role is part of our Supply Chain Planning transformation strategy, aiming to make planning a competitive advantage through digital innovation, process maturity, and people development.
Responsibilities
- Process & Operational Excellence – Co‑build demand management processes end‑to‑end, lead lean initiatives (VSM, Kaizen, waste elimination), define and deploy global standards and KPIs, and facilitate CoE governance.
- Capability Building, Training & Development – Define the Demand Planner skills framework, design upskilling journeys, deliver training sessions in French and English, develop audit grids, drive change management, and animate a global planning expert community.
- Data Vision & Solutions – Structure planning data flows, define analytics dashboards (Power BI, Tableau), frame functional requirements for advanced planning tools, conduct impact analyses, and represent the CoE in steering committees.
- Innovation & Benchmarking – Identify and scale AI/ML use cases, lead transformation projects, conduct internal and external benchmarking, monitor trends and tools, explore LLM and generative AI opportunities, and evangelize a data culture across Global Planning.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in BPE, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain within an international environment.
- Lean/Six Sigma proficiency (green or black belt a plus) and process modelling expertise (BPMN).
- Functional expertise on APS tools (Kinaxis, FuturMaster).
- Hands‑on experience in AI/ML applied to planning and proficiency in data tools (Power BI, SQL, Python).
- Strong influencing leadership, excellent communication skills, and fluent English required.
