About the role
At Cozycozy, we’re building the world’s best accommodation metasearch platform making travel simple, transparent, and inspiring. We are hiring a Head of Brand & Communications to build a global brand that can compete with the biggest names in travel. Brand is a top priority for the company, and this role will have a direct impact on our long-term growth.
This is a senior leadership role, both strategic and hands-on, with high ownership on brand direction, media investment, and execution excellence. You will work directly with our CEO, and you will lead the full communication and brand roadmap across all our markets.
You will own three pillars:
- Brand strategy and creative quality
- Brand campaigns, media planning, and production (online and offline)
- PR & Corporate communications
Your Mission
The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
- Define and lead cozycozy’s global brand and communications strategy , and drive the annual roadmap across all our markets.
- Build and lead the Brand & Communications team, including hiring, team development, and agency management.
- Own the brand platform, key messages, and tone of voice, and ensure strong consistency across all touchpoints (product, website, app, CRM, paid media, PR, social, B2B, internal communication).
- Own media planning and budget allocation across markets and channels.
- Lead the planning, budgeting, and execution of all brand actions (online and offline) in France and internationally, with a strong focus on awareness and traffic impact.
- Manage the full brand media mix: OOH / métro / TV / Youtube / social ads / streaming, in coordination with the Performance Media team for measurement and tracking.
- Lead the definition of creative strategy and ensure a high-quality bar across all brand assets and campaigns, in close partnership with the Head of Design and CEO.
- Define and drive cozycozy’s PR and corporate communications strategy, including agency management, key narratives, and market priorities.
- Lead agency selection processes (creative, PR, media, production).
- Manage brand operations end-to-end: briefs, production, timelines, formats.
- Track brand and comms impact, and continuously improve strategy based on results.
- More generally, designing, implementing, and leading all actions aimed at maximising cozycozy’s brand awareness.
About you
- 7+ years of experience in brand, communications, and PR in B2C. Travel, marketplace, or high-growth startup experience is a plus.
- Strong experience managing offline campaigns (TV, metro, OOH) and working with production and media partners.
- Experience running international campaigns.
- Excellent writing skills in English. French and other languages are a plus.
- You have a strong creative eye and you keep the message simple and impactful.
- Strong project management skills: you are fast, structured, and reliable under pressure.
- Very high standards and strong attention to detail.
You are comfortable working directly with a CEO and handling high expectations.
