To support this ambition, we are strengthening our Data organization and recruiting a Head of Analytics & AA Products , a key role at the intersection of business, technology and strategy.
Reporting to the Chief Data Officer (CDO) and a member of the Data Leadership Team, you are accountable for all Analytics & AA products across the Group.
You lead a structured product organization composed of Product Leads and Product Owners, with a clear mission:
co-build a value‑driven Analytics & AA roadmap with the business, aligned with Group strategy, budget constraints and technical realities.
Product strategy & vision
- Define and drive the Group Analytics & AA product vision
- Co-build and challenge, with business stakeholders, a prioritized roadmap focused on measurable business impact
- Ensure continuous alignment between strategic objectives, business needs, technical capabilities and budgets
Governance, delivery & performance
- Establish and lead strong project governance (prioritization, arbitration, value tracking)
- Manage the Analytics & AA products and projects portfolio
- Manage budgets, team capacity and product performance
- Embed a strong culture of operational excellence, results and time to value
Leadership & team development
- Lead, coach and develop your team
- Structure and continuously raise the maturity of Data & AA Product practices within the group
- Foster close collaboration with technical teams (Data Engineering, Data Science, IT, Architecture)
Business partnership & influence
- Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, able to deeply understand their challenges and speak their language
- Play a key role as a facilitator and educator around Analytics and AA
- Represent Analytics & AA topics in governance forums with clarity, impact and diplomacy
YOUR PROFILE
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Product, Data, Analytics or AA leadership roles
- Proven background in large, complex, international organizations comparable in scale to a global FMCG group
- Strong experience in roadmap ownership, portfolio management and budget steering
Key skills
- Strong business acumen and value‑driven mindset
- Solid product culture (discovery, delivery, value management), master Agile methodology (SCRUM)
- High technical sensitivity, enabling effective dialogue with Data & IT teams
- Is familiar with GCP environment and Power BI
- Strong command of project, product and portfolio management practices
- Pragmatic, results‑oriented approach with a strong operational focus
- Proficiency in English is mandatory, French professional proficiency is only recommended
