Language preference: French / English / Korean
We are working with an international group that is opening its new Korean cuisine concept in France.
Your missions as a Chef de Cuisine:
- Lead day-to-day operations
- Supervise the preparation and presentation of dishes
- Ensuring the cleanliness of the kitchen and compliance with hygiene standards
- Manage inventory, ingredients, and supplier relationships
- Train and support team members
- Maintaining high standards of quality and service
Profile
- Proven experience in kitchen management
- Practical and service-oriented
- Eligibility to work in France
- Passion for Korean food and culinary innovation
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
This concept is located in a supermarket (including operating hours). We are looking for an operational and hands-on chef. The menus and dishes were created for the concept, and we are looking for a candidate who likes to work with defined and detailed recipes.
