Sales Coordinator (full-time/on-site)

Role Overview

We're looking for a Sales Coordinator to drive Daesang's growth in France. You'll support the launch and expansion of our Korean food brands, strengthen client relationships, and coordinate smoothly between teams in France, the Netherlands, and Korea.

This role includes regular travel across France to meet clients and prospects - from large supermarket chains to specialized grocers - and build brand visibility beyond Paris.

Profile We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales or account management, ideally in the food industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed KPIs.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Willingness to travel within France to meet clients and prospects (driver's license a plus)
  • Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both French and English (Korean or another language is a plus).
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and in a team.
  • Experience with CRM systems - familiarity with the Exact or SAP platforms ideal.
  • Fully authorized to work in France.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for Korean cuisine and food culture.

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and secure entry into large supermarket chains, specialized ethnic grocers, food service/HORECA, and B2B channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our existing customers in France.
  • Process orders and prepare commercial documentation (quotes, PI, CI, etc.).
  • Proactively share product updates and ensure clients receive accurate, timely information.
  • Contribute to business development efforts and identify new market opportunities.
  • Prepare and update sales materials, including presentations and product catalogues.
  • Maintain product data (descriptions, specifications, images) in relevant systems.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs.
  • Coordinate communication and operations between clients, Daesang Europe, and HQ in South Korea.
  • Perform other related duties based on evolving business needs.

What We Offer
