Today, Gatling Corp develops Gatling open-source but focuses on Gatling Enterprise, the platform for industrialization of load testing. Our customers include major references from all over the world (USA, UK, Germany, France, Norway, Japan...), in a wide range of industries (software, broadcasting and media, finance, ticketing platforms, retail, government and administration...).

With our 2026 goals in mind, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive.
About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive (Customer Growth & Expansion) is a customer-facing role within the sales team, dedicated to expanding existing customer relationships.
This position is responsible for renewing contracts, increasing account value, and driving growth across the customer’s organization - including parent companies, subsidiaries, and broader ecosystem.
The Account Executive works closely with customers to understand their evolving needs, identify new use cases, and scale load testing initiatives. By strengthening long-term partnerships, they drive product adoption, enhance the overall customer experience, and ensure sustained value delivery.
As the primary point of contact between customers and internal product and engineering teams, the Account Executive plays a key role in customer success processes - advocating for client needs, facilitating feedback loops, and ensuring a high level of satisfaction and retention across the account.
Your Profile
- 6+ years in a customer-facing role focused on post-sales adoption, value realization and advocacy within a SaaS company.
- Demonstrated track record of consistent goal achievement in a highly competitive environment.
- Energetic, upbeat, agile, tenacious and team player.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (in person, online, in writing) and adept at working with multiple stakeholders.
- You speak English fluently . You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- You love solving technical problems and thrive on bringing creative solutions to our customers.
- Highly motivated to learn and develop your sales skills in a fast-growing tech company.
- Have experience with open source technologies, or testing, DevSecOps or observability concepts, practices and tooling.
- Have worked with sales methodologies like MEDDPICC or Command of the Message.
- Speak French (Gatling is a French company).

- Type of contract: Permanent contract. Fixed-day basis at 218 days.
- Gross salary: Competitive salary based on experience and skillset
