The Growth Strategy Intern will support the Business Excellence team on 3 main areas:**Perform Business Intelligence Strategic Analysis*** Consolidate and challenge Key Performances Indicators to identify areas of improvements* Prepare Excel models, dashboards, Power

Point presentations to help the business units scale their sales campaigns

• Conduct benchmarks **Identify levers to increase Sales Performances**
• Collect Best practices from Edenred Business Units and from external researches
• Analyze data and provide valuable insights to the business units
• Build action plan to help BUs to accelerate their growth **Reinforce & Share Edenred Expertise on Sales & Marketing**
• Create content to structure/synthetize Edenred Expertise (Excel Dashboards, Playbook, Workshops)
• Interact with Edenred Business Units (Teams, Calls, Workshops) to share Edenred Expertise## **OUR REQUIREMENTS****Education & experience**
• Bac +5 from a top business school or university, looking for a gap-year or a final-year internship
• A first successful internship experience in consulting, finance, sales or similar fast-paced environment is a plus **Competencies**
• Motivated team player
• Analytical skills (database analyses, business plan modeling)
• Good business sense
• Strong communication skills (oral, written)
• Rigorous, organized and attention to details
• Master Microsoft Office Suite (mainly Excel and Powerpoint) **Languages required**
• Fluent in French and English
• Other languages appreciated: Spanish, Italian, Portuguese, German
