Structuring Group Cost Controlling – Support Functions** Position the role as a transformation partner for support functions Support Function Leaders (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Procurement, Corporate) Monthly cost reviews by support function, quarterly Group synthesis practice sharing, maturity roadmap

Experience 15+ years of experience in corporate finance Strong background in Group FP&A and/or Corporate/Support Function controlling Proven experience in building or redesigning cost steering frameworks Technical Skills Solid ability to work with Accounting (frameworks, closing, reconciliations)

Ability to challenge senior functional leaders with credibility and diplomacy Intellectual rigor, clarity and strong synthesis skills Location : Issy-les-Moulineaux, France
