Your mission
You will join our Growth Team and work collaboratively with Bastien , our Growth Manager and François , our Head of Growth.
We are looking for a talented Growth Marketer whose main mission will be to
Maintain and improve our prospect database, including scraping, enrichment, and scoring.
Help leverage our CRM to optimize processes, eliminate bottlenecks, and discover new opportunities.
Build internal automation tools and flows to support sales and the marketing team.
Scale and optimize outbound for our growing BDR team.
Implement the IA mindset across Pennylane teams.

Work autonomously with different technical teams (data, product) and business teams (marketing, sales, customer success, finance)
Be at the heart of the value creation of a fintech startup
Who are we looking for?
To thrive at Pennylane in this position, you need to :
Have at least +2 years of experience as a Growth marketer/ Rev Ops / GTM Engineer
Have a solid experience and understanding of CRM tool (Hubspot or Salesforce)
Have significant experience in building internal automation process
Have a good understanding of sales issues
To have a problem-solving mindset
Be energized by an ever-shifting work environment
Have good communication skills to talk with various teams, written and oral
You are fluent in French & English (level B2/C1 or equivalent)
An experience in a fast-growing company is a plus
Ideally, you're familiar with digital marketing (paid acquisition, conversion, SEO…)

We're working on providing those last advantages to our people based outside of France as well, but it can be quite more complex depending on different countries.
