Job Overview
Within the Group Finance department and reporting directly to the Group Tax Director, you will support a portfolio of subsidiaries on all direct and indirect tax matters. Your main responsibilities revolve around three pillars: Compliance, Business Partner, and Tax Efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Compliance : Participate in Group Tax Reporting, review CIT accruals and tax returns; collaborate with IT on e‑reporting/e‑invoicing; prepare transfer pricing documentation; identify new tax obligations such as OECD Pillar Two; manage consolidated French tax filings; monitor tax changes and inform subsidiaries.
- Business Partner : Advise Business functions and subsidiaries on tax aspects of operations; share expertise within Finance; participate in cross‑functional and cross‑country projects; advise on internal reorganizations and simplification.
- Tax Efficiency : Identify and manage tax risks; support efficient tax burden management; assist in tax audits.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in taxation with 5–10 years of international tax experience, either in‑house or at a tax law firm.
- Strong expertise in international tax compliance, transfer pricing and cross‑border structuring, with a solid understanding of business operations.
- Comfortable working in project mode, coordinating cross‑functional teams, and supporting digital transformation initiatives (e‑invoicing, e‑reporting).
- Curious, organized, dynamic, and able to communicate complex tax topics clearly.
- Fluent in English; occasional travel within Europe.
