Group Product Manager
Overview
We're looking for a Group Product Manager to drive the strategy and execution of an entire product line while leading and developing a team of 3-5 Product Managers. This is a pivotal leadership role that combines hands-on product expertise with people management, strategic stakeholder engagement, and go-to-market ownership.
As a Group PM at Spendesk, you'll be responsible for setting the vision and roadmap for your product line, ensuring it delivers exceptional value to customers while driving meaningful business impact. You'll work at the intersection of product, engineering, design, finance, sales, and marketing — translating complex market needs into coherent product strategies that your team can execute on.
You'll manage and mentor a team of Product Managers, helping them grow their skills while maintaining a high bar for product excellence. Beyond your team, you'll be the key liaison with executive leadership, enterprise customers, and strategic partners, representing your product line's vision and priorities across the organization.
Note: This description consolidates content to provide a clear, concise overview of the role and expectations.
