Group Benefits Experts

• Take charge of complex cases
• Analyze and address any operational issues and propose improvements
• Participate in the onboarding process for new business and transfers
• Analyze client DSN data flows for approval (DSN: French payroll reporting system)
• Review contributing accounts and carry out actions related to pre-litigation
• Serve as the point of contact for clients and commercial teams on matters within your area of expertise
• Verify the compliance of one or more activities, including, among other things, validating files
• Lead technical workshops
• Train new hires and support the technical upskilling of the team's case managers

Requirements

• 3 to 4 years of experience in Group Benefits (Prévoyance)
• Strong knowledge of Group Benefits mechanisms
• Autonomous and reliable in managing sensitive operations
• Comfortable with digital tools (Microsoft Office 365)
• Good command of French, both written and spoken
• Professional working proficiency in English is a strong plus
