• Demonstrated experience working in cybersecurity organization

• Gathering and reviewing current documentation
• Managing the deconfliction process by establishing escalation, oversight, and stop criteria
• Ensuring Red Team governance documentation aligns with Organizational directives, Military doctrine and policy, Applicable NATO, national, or institutional frameworks
