Global Workday Product Owner — LIGO HRIS (Hybrid)

Médecins Sans Frontières is seeking a Global Product Owner for LIGO, the shared Workday HRIS platform, to guide strategy and delivery across MSF’s operating centers in Paris and Geneva. The role leads the Solution Architect and Tenant Administrator within the LIGO governance structure.

You will shape a multiyear roadmap, balance competing priorities, manage vendor relationships, oversee Workday release governance, and drive adoption and analytics to deliver sustainable value in HR.
