MSF Operational Centre Geneva (MSF OCG) is seeking a Global Product Owner for LIGO, the shared Workday HRIS platform used across MSF’s operational centres. This is a full-time, open-ended position based in either Geneva or Paris depending on the hosting section. Ideal start date: September 1, 2026. Application deadline: July 17, 2026.
The Global Product Owner ensures that LIGO (the shared Workday tenant operated jointly by MSF OCG, OCP, and ICO) delivers sustainable value aligned with MSF’s strategic objectives. Reporting to a rolling member of the LIGO Board, the role supervises the Solution Architect and Tenant Administrator and is part of the shared tenant governance team.
Responsibilities include preparing and informing decision-making of the LIGO Operational Body, defining and maintaining a multiyear LIGO roadmap balancing competing demands across entities, operating within the Tripartite Governance framework, establishing program management practices to control scope and risks, acting as the primary liaison across functional and technical stakeholders, managing globalized LIGO resources, overseeing vendor and partner management including coordination with Workday, leading Workday release and evolution governance, overseeing continuous adoption and enhancement initiatives, and enhancing MSF’s reporting and analytics capabilities.
Requirements:
- Tertiary degree or equivalent professional experience in HR, information systems, or a related field
- Proven leadership experience in complex multi-stakeholder environments
- Workday experience or formal training required
- Proven experience implementing and/or managing Workday HCM solutions
- Strong knowledge of program and portfolio management approaches including predictive, agile, and hybrid methodologies
- French B2 and English B2 minimum, both required as working languages
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills
