Global Technical Key Account Manager (M/F)

These are your tasks

  • Act as the global technical point of contact for key accounts, supporting customers in defining high‑performance, integrated solutions.
  • Analyze customer needs and design tailored technical solutions in close collaboration with Product Management, R&D and Service teams.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and feeding the product roadmap with customer feedback.
  • Lead the technical aspects of international projects, support global deployments, tenders and solution presentations. Ensure continuous technology and market monitoring, advise customers on digital business models, and position the company as a key reference player in the market.

Who we are looking for

  • You hold a higher education degree (engineering, computer science, industrial engineering or a related field) and have proven experience in Key Account Management, solution sales or technical sales, gained in an international, technical B2B environment.
  • You have strong knowledge of AMI systems, submetering technologies, IoT and digital services.
  • You have demonstrated experience in project management, requirements management and the deployment of solutions for international customers.
  • You are fluent in both French and English.
