SCOPE
We are hiring a Global Sourcing Manager IT, responsible for a direct spend around €65 million and for the animation of a global network of buyers on IT topics.
He/she is leading all IT categories (Hardware / Software / Communication /services).
As a part of the global Indirects Procurement team, you will work across Lactalis's different business divisions. This is a challenging, highly dynamic and visible role that will see you leading key strategic projects to optimize the quality, service, costs, innovation and cash performance of your categories.
This position is based at the Lactalis headquarters in Laval (53 - near Rennes, Le Mans, Angers) and requires travels abroad (10 to 15% of the time).
Your MISSION & CHALLENGES :
As Global Sourcing Category Manager IT, you will:
- Pilot tenders and negotiations for strategic IT projects
- Build and execute the global sourcing strategies
- Develop IT procurement expertise through the group
- Collaborate and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders
- Build and adapt supplier relationships according to portfolio strategy and supplier maturity
- Lead a functional network of 10+ regional/local buyers
- Contribute to the economic performance of the category at a global level
WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR US ?
- 5 years' experience minimum in IT procurement
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent communicator with leadership potential
- Ability to align strategy and stakeholders around identified and new business opportunities
- Ability to set priorities, to take some distance, and be pragmatic
- Cover end-to-end procurement activities, from operational execution to strategic sourcing initiatives
- Tenacity, with strong adaptation and relationship capabilities to gain credibility and create an efficient network
- Positive, open to feedback and aware of own limitations
