Global Program Manager – Photonics Industrialization & NPI
Scintil Photonics is scaling the industrial deployment of its silicon photonics technology and is seeking a Global Program Manager to lead execution of our most strategic development and industrialization programs.
Reporting directly to the COO, this role will drive cross-functional coordination across R&D, Process Engineering, Test Engineering, Packaging, Quality, and Operations , ensuring predictable execution as we deploy a company-wide stage-gate development framework .
This position sits at the heart of our transition from technology development to scalable manufacturing .
Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate complex programs including:
- PIC industrialization and process qualification
- Reliability campaigns (HTOL and lifetime testing)
- Yield ramp-up and Design-for-Manufacturing (DFM) initiatives
- Cost reduction and manufacturing scalability programs
- New process block development
- Advanced PIC packaging industrialization
The Global Program Manager will establish program structure, ensure milestone delivery, manage risk, and align engineering execution with industrial and business objectives.
What We Are Looking For
- 8–15 years experience in semiconductor, Photonics, or advanced hardware development
- Proven experience in NPI, industrialization, or yield ramp programs
- Exposure to wafer fabrication, wafer-level testing, packaging, or reliability qualification
- Strong experience leading cross-functional engineering programs
- Familiarity with DFM, yield learning cycles, and manufacturing scale-up
- Ability to bring structure and execution discipline in a fast-moving scale-up environment
