GLOBAL KEY ACCOUNT MANAGER - ROMANIA

Location: Timișoara, Romania

We are looking for a Global Key Account Manager based in Timișoara, Romania. This opportunity offers a strategic move for professionals with a strong background in multinational key account management within the electronics sector. The role provides direct engagement with high‑level corporate clients and the chance to shape global sales strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of defined multinational corporate customers at senior decision‑making level, supporting the global sales effort.
• Develop and implement customer‑specific strategies, including pricing and commercial planning.
• Coordinate with local sales teams across multiple countries to ensure alignment and execution of key account strategies.
• Provide regular reporting and strategic input to both the Director of Global Key Accounts and the Country Manager for Romania.

Your Profile

• A university degree in business, economics or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in sales or key account management within a multinational context, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills, with the ability to foster collaboration both internally and externally.
• A proactive, hands‑on team player with the confidence to drive initiatives and adapt in a dynamic, international environment.
• Culturally aware and able to communicate effectively across linguistic and national boundaries.
