Global IT Audit Specialist - Compliance & Security

This position is part of our international holding structure, providing services and support for our operations across multiple countries. We are hiring for one of our locations in Zvolen, Burgos, Paderborn, Riga, or Lapovo. Office‑based role with travel to other Kronospan sites.

Main duties and responsibilities

• Review access rights, security measures, contingency plans, and the overall IT infrastructure.
• Identify and assess risks associated with IT systems and evaluate their impact on the business.
• Ensure compliance of IT systems with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR).
• Create and implement audit processes and standards.
• Document audit results and provide clear recommendations for improvement.
• Support the implementation of effective IT controls.

Requirements

• Educational background in Computer Information Systems, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
• Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM).
• Hands‑on experience with Kali Linux, BlackArch Linux, and Parrot OS.
• Proficiency in using IT auditing tools like SolarWinds, Intruder, N‑able RMM, OpenVAS, Nessus, and Spiceworks Inventory.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Availability for business trips.
