Global IP & Contracts Counsel – Hybrid Paris/Sophia

Questel is seeking a contracts counsel to support the Group Legal Department’s Business contracts unit. You will draft, review, and negotiate client, supplier, and service-provider contracts related to IP services, while improving internal processes and contract workflows.

You will conduct legal research, coordinate with global teams, monitor regulatory changes, and help prepare internal guidance notes. A multinational, service-oriented environment is preferred.
