About The Job

You will be propelling the innovation pipeline for Opella's global brands, working closely with Global Brand Innovation Leads, and cross‑functional teams across marketing, research, and mandate programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Front‑End Product Innovation (60% of time)
  • Support Brand Innovation Leads in front‑end innovation projects to transform consumer & business insights into innovation ideas; write & test product concepts; conduct market research, analyze data, and perform initial business opportunity assessments in various markets.
  • Gain market alignment to advance innovation projects from early idea to development stage.
• Innovation Portfolio Management (20% of time)
  • Track & analyze the global innovation portfolio across all countries and brands to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Mandates ensuring quality, reliability and updating of data relating to innovation projects across the brands and countries.
• Innovation Culture Building (20% of time)
  • Develop internal innovation initiatives to drive a challenger mindset culture with best‑case studies across brands and countries, including quarterly Innovation Awards.
  • Design and deliver internal innovation learning courses for brands and capabilities.

Desired Profile

• Business/Marketing degree, preferably a Master’s.
• 4–5 years professional experience in brand building or product innovation.
• Ideally brand management experience within FMCG/OTC companies with a matrix structure.
• Professional fluency in English mandatory; French not mandatory.
