About the job

Opella is seeking a seasoned media professional to lead the design and execution of best‑in‑class, fully integrated, end‑to‑end (E2E) brand experiences (XP). The role will drive sustainable growth and generate brand love for our flagship global brands Dulco and Essentiale, embedding strategies within our Repeatable Model of Growth while advancing digital capabilities and shaping future consumer connectivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • End‑to‑End Experience Leadership: Own the XP journey from strategy through in‑market execution, in close partnership with local media teams.
  • Cross‑Functional Integration: Connect functions and disciplines to make XP a truly collaborative reality, while overseeing the Global Media agency Strategy team for the brands in scope.
  • Agile Ways of Working: Build a connected, responsive model with the Global teams and lead zones to enable fast, business‑aligned decision‑making.
  • Omnichannel Engagement: Deliver memorable, emotional, and educationally entertaining experiences through paid, owned, and earned channels, fully aligned with the Renaissance global pillars (holistic AV, Go Big On Social…).
  • Creative & Media Acceleration: Support brands and our Creative team/In House content studio in elevating creative impact, fostering collaboration between creative and media partners, and sharing global best practices.
  • Media Strategy & Planning: Shape media planning and investment strategies with lead zones, from budgeting and allocation to best practice sharing, leveraging insights from MMM and other advanced models.
  • Innovation & Performance: Champion innovation by leading, testing and scaling new media/digital capabilities to continuously enhance brand performance, guiding actions that influence brand presence in GEO/LLMs with partners across functions.

KPIs

  • All brand priority combos to localize XP strategy with excellence in execution as per defined KPIs.
  • All markets to improve Media Golden Rules (adhering to new rules when applicable) driving +5% ROI.
  • Digital Maturity index: Increasing vs PY.
  • GEO: Increase of mention rate and citation rate overtime.

About you

  • Minimum of 15 years business experience.
  • Strong experience in communications / experience planning.
  • Fluency in digital marketing including social media.
  • Experience in leading a capability or transformation and in upskilling media and brand teams.
  • Good awareness and understanding of AI and emerging technologies.
  • Excellent leadership and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
  • Data‑driven mindset with experience in leveraging performance measurement for optimization.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and drive change.
