Role Overview

This role focuses on driving localized brand growth through integrated marketing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on PR, media relations, and KOL / influencer marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with global and regional teams to adapt brand strategies to local markets and build strong relationships with media, creators, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute localized integrated marketing plans aligned with global brand strategy
  • Lead PR initiatives in local markets, including media outreach, press releases, product seeding, and event support
  • Build and manage influencer and KOL programs, including identification, outreach, collaboration execution, and performance evaluation
  • Manage relationships with local PR agencies, media partners, and content creators
  • Support product launches through coordinated PR, influencer, and brand storytelling efforts
  • Ensure brand messaging consistency while adapting tone and content for local cultural relevance
  • Monitor brand sentiment, media coverage, and influencer performance, providing insights and recommendations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global brand, social, content, and e-commerce teams

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
  • 4–8 years of experience in brand marketing, PR, or influencer marketing, preferably in consumer brands
  • Strong understanding of local media landscapes and influencer ecosystems in European markets
  • Hands-on experience working with PR agencies and managing influencer partnerships
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, international environment
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in one or more European languages is a strong plus
