Job Description
Accor, a global leader in hospitality, is looking for a Marketing Campaign Lead to define, structure, and support the transformation of our international group through impactful brand campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Campaign Development & Integration
- Translate brand strategies into clear campaign narratives & frameworks
- Lead the development and launch of new campaigns
- Promote the use of AI solutions for content creation and localisation
- Campaign Continuity & Amplification
- Contribute to the rollout & amplification of key campaigns across regions
- Ensure consistency of messaging and assets across regions
- Ensure alignment on timelines, assets’ list, and priorities
- Cross-Functional Alignment
- Ensure clear communication and alignment across stakeholders : Brand teams, Full-Funnel teams, Regions, All Accor and Publicis
- Facilitate collaboration in a matrix organization
- B2B Communication Support
- Support Sales teams on B2B communication topics
- Help identify needs & contribute to relevant creative asset development
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent discipline.
- 10+ years of international marketing experience with experience in brand marketing / integrated campaigns
- Hospitality experience as a plus
- Strong strategic thinking, storytelling and project management skills
- Experience managing external agencies
- Strong communication and stakeholder management in a Global & cross-functional environment
- Fluent in English & French
