Digital Marketing Specialist (H/F)
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Social Media Management
- Coordinate with our agencies to plan and execute editorial calendars across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Ensure quality control of agency deliverables, challenge proposals, and maintain alignment with brand guidelines.
- Monitor online communities, interact with followers, and foster engagement.
- Support the planning, execution, and analysis of paid social campaigns.
Content Creation & Coordination
- Plan and produce content (photos, videos, video tutorials, interviews) based on marketing needs, product launches, and events.
- Capture high quality visual assets during exhibitions, customer demos, factory activities, and live events for social media and brand storytelling.
- Coordinate with external agencies to ensure timely delivery and distribution of content across channels.
- Support live social media coverage during key events.
Email Marketing & Marketing Automation
- Plan and manage email marketing campaigns: create engaging newsletters, maintain and segment mailing lists, and analyze campaign performance.
- Build and optimize automated journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to nurture leads and improve engagement.
- Contribute to the long-term development of our email strategy, including templates, customer journeys, and A/B testing.
Website & SEO Management
- Maintain and update website content via CMS (WordPress preferred) to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with marketing priorities.
- Collaborate with our agency on SEO optimization, new website developments, and UX improvements.
- Support the creation of new landing pages and track their performance.
Analysis & Reporting
- Track KPIs and report on digital campaign performance (impressions, engagement, conversions, ROI).
- Analyze website user journeys and recommend improvements to increase conversion rates.
- Stay informed about digital trends, tools, and best practices to continuously enhance our processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with the sales team, factory production, event project manager, and external agencies to ensure strong alignment between digital, product, and offline activities.
- Contribute to global campaign design and ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
WHAT’S NEEDED FOR YOU TO THRIVE
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
- Up to 25% travel (exhibitions, customer visits, content capture, events).
- Excellent organizational and project management skills; ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong ability to produce high-quality photos and videos; comfortable filming and directing short tutorials or interviews.
- Experience with email marketing and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce) and CMS platforms (WordPress ideal).
- Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (GA4, Hootsuite or equivalent).
- Fluency in English is essential. Additional languages such as German or Italian are a strong plus.
- Curious, proactive, detail oriented, and eager to learn.
