Global Culture & People Experience Architect

Antal International is seeking a Global Culture & People Experience Project Manager to act as strategic architect of employee experience across the group. You will design, lead, and scale cultural initiatives to strengthen belonging and elevate our employer brand across regions and functions.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 5–8 years in senior PM/HR transformation roles, with proven ability to drive change, lead diverse teams, and communicate effectively in French and English.
