Global Communication Generalist Apprentice
The IT Change and Communications professional will play a pivotal role in helping the Change and Communication Manager execute communication and change management strategies for the IT department and its interactions with CEVA Operations, functions, and its partner ecosystem.

Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities
- Contribute to and support the Communication Manager in creating comprehensive communication plans for IT initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Support crisis communication to manage and mitigate IT‑related incidents.
- Produce high‑quality content, including IT newsletters, blog posts, and social media updates, to highlight IT projects, promote employer branding, and showcase CEVA’s digital transformation.
- Support and drive internal communication within the IT department and across the organization to ensure transparency and alignment.
- Plan and execute IT‑related events and workshops to promote knowledge sharing and engagement.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Support, develop, and implement change management strategies to accompany IT initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions; prepare and support individuals and teams through change, manage resistance, and ensure effective adoption.
- Support organizational change management initiatives, ensuring that changes are communicated, adopted, and sustained across the organization; contribute to OCM strategies, impact assessments, and employee support during transitions.
- Support the entire IT organization, via a network of change ambassadors, ensuring alignment and consistent implementation of communication and change management across all IT functions, products, and geographies.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
Education & Qualifications (Essential)
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience (Essential)
- Minimum of 2 years in a communications role.
- Strong business communication background.
- Proficiency in content creation and digital marketing tools.
- Problem‑solving skills and ability to think strategically and analytically.
Desirable: Background in logistics, supply chain, or IT industry.
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with change management.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Knowledge of social media platforms, collaboration tools, and web analytics.
Interpersonal & Communication Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English.
