Required Skills
- 10+ years’ experience in healthcare commercial roles, including sales leadership and operations
- Proven expertise in commercial excellence initiatives, ideally within medical device or healthcare environments
- Strong hands‑on experience with sales methodologies such as Challenger or similar
- Exceptional strategic and operational thinking with a pragmatic approach
- International exposure, adept at working across cultures and matrix organizations
- Outstanding communication, facilitation, and leadership skills
- Full professional proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data‑driven decision‑making
- Ability to coach, inspire, and develop diverse sales teams globally
