Job Description
As part of the Account Management organization and in close collaboration with the business and delivery teams, you will be in charge of leading the account strategy on SNCF for the Transport France perimeter. You will serve as the single point of contact for the client and steer growth, performance, and coordination on this strategic account.
Your missions
- Define and execute a 3-year strategic account plan, translating it into actionable roadmaps.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders at C-Level, IT, and business level across SNCF.
- Increase market share via upsell, cross-sell, and penetration into new SNCF entities.
- Lead or support RFI/RFP responses and large bids, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Identify SNCF’s pain points and propose tailored solutions using the Group’s capabilities (IT, Digital, Data/AI, ACT...).
- Monitor competition and market trends to refine account strategy.
- Coordinate internal teams working on SNCF (sales, delivery, recruitment, practices).
- Ensure synergies between Amaris and other Mantu brands working with SNCF.
- Manage the P&L and key KPIs: revenue, margin, staffing, NPS (clients & consultants).
- Share best practices within the account management community.
Your profile
- 5 to 10 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in consulting, IT services, or software.
- Proven success managing large, strategic, multi-stakeholder accounts.
- Strong business development skills: upsell, cross-sell, strategic growth.
- Ability to build C-Level relationships and navigate complex organizations.
- Interest or background in IT, digital transformation, and infrastructure.
- Leadership and coordination abilities across transversal teams.
- Analytical mindset with experience in managing P&L and KPIs.
- Master’s degree in business or engineering.
- Fluent in French; professional English required.
