Job Description

Vous serez le point de contact client pour toutes les demandes rechanges ( questions diverses, commandes, cotations, réclamations, avancement de délais ).

• la revue des commandes
• la gestion et saisie des commandes clients dans l'ERP
• les négociations de reports de délais avec les clients
• la gestion et saisie des demandes de cotations (chiffrage et délais)
• la gestion des facturations clients
• la gestion des AOG
• le suivi de l'encours et communication des délais aux clients sur une base régulière
• Les points téléphoniques et réunions régulières sur l'encours avec les clients
• la gestion des litiges, en collaboration avec les services internes
• les relances et suivi des impayés

Job Requirements

Vous êtes orienté satisfaction client, vous disposez d'un bon sens de la communication, d'une bonne capacité de négociation et faites preuve d'initiative. Vous êtes autonome, organisé et réactif. Vous maîtrisez l'anglais (écrit et parlé), les outils informatiques (excel, ERP, CRM,...) et êtes à l'aise dans l'utilisation de portails clients
