Role and Impact

As a replacement in the WPP Media group, you will be a Gestionnaire ADV. Your core responsibility is to provide essential administrative and operational support for TV and online video (VOL) campaigns, ensuring smooth execution in a high‑growth team.

  • Provide dynamic support to activation and consulting teams, with strong exposure to TV and VOL campaigns.
  • Enter and track campaign data accurately in client and internal tools, managing large volumes.
  • Handle the full administrative cycle from booking to invoicing, ensuring operational flow.
  • Serve as a primary contact and coordinate effectively with back‑office teams to optimise processes.
  • Ensure data reliability and deadline compliance, proactively taking initiative.
  • Engage proactively with TV teams, showing interest in the core business and building solid relationships.

Experience and Competences

  • Minimum one year of significant experience (excluding internships or alternances) in Sales Administration or an admin support role within the media sector, with strong focus on TV and VOL.
  • High rigor, synthesis skills and excellent organisational ability to manage multiple dossiers simultaneously in a demanding, high‑volume environment.
  • Comfortable with numbers, excellent Excel skills (basic functions and pivot tables).
  • English is an advantage but not essential.
  • Strong listening ability, assertive, autonomous and able to handle complex situations; proven initiative and solution‑oriented.
  • Good understanding of media buying, with mastery of tools such as Popcorn, Prisma, and Media Manager.

Recruitment Process

  • Initial phone or video interview with a recruiter to assess skills and discuss the role.
  • Operational interviews with managers (2 meetings) to evaluate fit.
  • Case study focused on technical skills (Excel, rigor, analysis) with a subsequent presentation.
