Join the Security Strategy & Awareness department within Group Security at AXA Group Operations. Reporting to the Head of Security Strategy & Awareness, your main missions will be to support the strategic intelligence project on the evolution of threat and security-related regulations for Group Security.

Responsibilities

• Accompany and support the strategic intelligence project on threat evolution and regulatory changes, including source identification, analysis, and the design and writing of deliverables in English (reports, briefings, presentations).
• Writing and contributing to security briefings.
• Develop anticipation and intelligence skills of teams.
• Preparation of anticipatory scenarios.
• Support community management (e.g., Intelligence & Anticipation, Security Public Affairs).
• Prepare articles for Group Security newsletters (News Roundup, One Security Newsletter, AXA Security Newsletter).
• Coordinate AXA Group Security's Thought Leadership activities, align stakeholders, and identify opportunities for internal and external enhancement.
• Support activities related to the 2027‑2029 security strategy.
• Support the team's research projects on cybersecurity, new technologies, and potential threats.

Skills & Experience

Background and Interests

• International security issues: country monitoring, cybersecurity, etc.
• Understanding the strategic challenges of a large international group.
• Experience working in a multicultural and cross‑functional team.
• Ability to learn quickly on new and evolving topics.
• Deepened knowledge of the financial sector (insurance, banking).

Education

• Political Science, International Relations or equivalent.

Soft skills

• Analytical and synthesis abilities.
• Strong organization and time‑management.
• Dynamic, collaborative, and professional.
• Curiosity, proposalfulness, and constructive feedback skills.
• Stress management under tight schedules.

Technical skills

• Knowledge of digital security issues (GDPR, NIS, DORA, etc.).
• Understanding of cyber threats and cybersecurity market developments.

Languages

• Fluent in English and French (documents and meetings in English).

Computer tools

• Office 365 Suite.
