Role
As our Generalist Marketing Manager, you will help scale Escape’s content & field marketing efforts and contribute to our mission to make Escape a trusted global reference for AI applied to offensive security .
This is a high-impact role with real ownership: we’re looking for someone who we can gradually trust to lead content strategy and execution.
You’ll also play a key role in supporting industry events—from conferences and meetups to webinars and Escape-led initiatives—owning event campaigns, preparing assets, and amplifying impact through content before, during, and after each event.
You’ll work closely with Security Research and Product Marketing , and with teams based in Europe and the US (this position is either based in Amsterdam, NYC, or Paris), you’ll also have the opportunity to learn how messaging and content adapt across markets
You can expect to work on things like:
- Driving organic lead acquisition through SEO and AEO, from keyword research to content planning and optimization
- Managing and growing Escape’s social media presence, ensuring a consistent voice and positioning
- Supporting and coordinating our events (conferences, webinars, Escape-led initiatives), including campaign planning, content assets, and post-event amplification
- Contributing to the creation and repurposing of our video content: check out our podcast on YouTube and Spotify!
- Analyzing content performance and continuously identifying new opportunities for growth and lead generation
