Motorola - a Lenovo company - is one of the fastest-growing smartphone vendors in Europe, both in market share and branding. With high-impact partnerships like FIFA, Formula 1, Ducati and EuroLeague.

We’re looking for a senior leader with solid experience in the smartphone industry to keep the momentum in our French division. The ideal candidate brings a strong and well-established network within the French mobile business, combined with deep market insight and strategic vision.

In this role, you willlead the France business , managing a team across sales and marketing, driving performance, developing talent, and shaping the overall strategy with our key customers to deliver strong results.

Your responsibilities once you join our team:

  • Be responsible for handling P&L and assist in the resolution of market access and customer issues as necessary
  • Lead local team to ensure profitable business growth in the market and bring the organization to the next level
  • Report business status to the Europe HQ level
  • Identify, develop, and close key sales opportunities with new customers
  • Responsible for sales and marketing strategy planning and execution
  • Develop, create and execute joint business plans with key customers
  • Create cooperative business plans with customers and their partners and help to define new business models to drive growth
  • Research, define & recommend an overall 'go-to-market' strategy
  • Leverage AI-driven insights and tools to enhance decision-making, optimize sales performance, and improve customer engagement
  • Drive the One Lenovo strategy by collaborating across different Business Groups to deliver integrated solutions and maximize overall customer value

Position Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of business management experience; People management skills
  • Experience with technology products, ideally from the smartphone industry
  • Strong understanding of channel management or channel-based sales models
  • Experience with customers/channel partners – excellent analytical and communication skills;
  • Comfortable with financial management and P&L
  • Dynamic and proactive, with a positive outlook. Self-driven and motivated. Fluency in French and English language

Organization:

You will be reporting to the Vice President / General Manager of MBG Europe and META. The position requires presence in our office.
