About the Role
We’re building an Ops AI Platform that lets our Ops team create, evolve, and monitor AI agents to automate thousands of tedious tasks. The project has just launched, and you’ll join at ground zero—shaping the architecture, the product, and the entire foundation.
Responsibilities
- Integrate agents at the heart of internal tools, providing UIs where Ops can monitor and take action on concrete business situations
- Empower non‑technical users to become autonomous in the creation and maintenance of agents—prompting, tool configuration, testing, datasets, replayability, and evaluations
- Build a complete set of tools made available to AI agents, connecting to internal and external capabilities (internal business data, external servers, dashboards without API, etc.)
- Ensure safety and accuracy at the core: robust testing, stateful evaluation, progressive rollout, human‑in‑the‑loop validation of sensitive actions, fine‑grained permissions and limits
- Scale the system from a few dozen to tens of thousands of tasks automated daily
- Have significant influence on system architecture and code quality
- Mentor engineers, contribute to our product & engineering culture, and help build the team—including participating in hiring
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a product engineer or similar role
- Strong background in full‑stack software engineering and systems architecture, with a focus on back‑end engineering
- Experience with traditional ML, LLMs, or ML DevOps is a big plus
- Product‑mindful: you want your solutions to be used and impactful
- Self‑directed, pragmatic, and collaborative; enthusiastic about teamwork, learning, and teaching
- Fluent in English (no need to speak French)
- Open to learning new technologies and approaches; a high potential and curiosity are essential
Benefits
- Fair rewards—including generous equity packages complementing base salary
- Flexible office: HQ space, sponsored co‑working hubs, or full‑remote experience with equipment sponsorship
- All the tools you need: MacBook Pro, keyboard, laptop stand, monitor, noise‑canceling headphones
- Flexible vacation policy and flexible working hours
- Extremely comprehensive health insurance (100% for employees and children; 90‑100% for partners, per country)
- Transport benefits—country‑specific commuter benefits
- Learning & training opportunities: flexible training budget, free books, conference attendance support
- Personal growth through coaching: every employee is paired with a dedicated coach from day one
- Parental leave: extended leave for all new parents
Inclusive Hiring
We hire people, not roles. If you’re excited about this opportunity but don’t meet every box, we’d love to hear from you. Everyone, regardless of background, should feel free to apply.
